Butterfly Roundhouse is a 26ft open plan circular building taking its design inspiration from traditional Yurts which sleeps up to four people. Primarily timber built they have the advantage of being fully clad with insulation ensuring heat is retained in the winter with the added assistance of a wood burning stove too keep you cosy !
We have spared no expense to ensure all our fixtures, fittings and furnishings are of the highest standard to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. A Kingsize bed with Emma Mattress and cotton sheets bedding at the rear of the room with views out through the French doors over open countryside. Our lounge area has a double futon and two singles, please let us know when booking for three/four if you would prefer the double made up or one/two singles.
A fully equipped bespoke kitchen will cater for all your needs along with our bathroom pod which is a separate room accessed directly from the roundhouse along with a separate door for access to the Hottub across the patio.
Outside we have a large patio area with cushioned garden furniture and parasol (April to October) along with a large Webber charcoal BBQ and a firepit for those chillier evenings. Not forgetting of course our five person hot tub with slatted roof pergola to either shut out the rain or enjoy the sunshine ! Butterfly also has a large lawn area to the front and guests are encouraged to use the nearly 2 acres of land surrounding the home including our re-wilded area with over 50 young trees through to our large wildflower meadow and onto our large orchard.
